Sales Development Representative
HR Company in Saudi Arabia in Cooperation with Work Without Borders -Palestine-Gaza , announce its need for a (Sales Development Representative) , according to the conditions described below For those who have the ability to filling out a form the following :
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Sales Development.
- V.Good in English speaking skills.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, like: (Freshdesk, Zoho, Zendesk..).
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively articulate Company value via the phone.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues.
Responsibilities :
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.
- Make approximately +50 calls a day in addition to sending customized, strategic emails to targeted prospects.
- Plan and coordinate web based and onsite demos for your sales reps and prospects.
- Convert prospects into interested customers by articulating company value propositions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company competitive positioning in the marketplace.
- Meet or exceed established objectives.
Notes:
- Monthly Salary is attractive on merit.
- Employment Type: First 3 months of the year contract are trial.
- Full Time.
