CONSULTANCY - TERMS OF REFERENCE
BACKGROUND
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- • End-to-end business process implementation in Dynamics 365 finance A
- • Lead the analysis, design, build, test, and support of Dynamics 365 Finance solutions
- • Run workshops with clients and focal points to analyze requirements and perform fit/gap analysis.
- • Create functional design, maintain requirements traceability, create user, and process flow documentation.
- • Setup and configure the system to fulfil the requirements.
- • Perform data migration of legacy systems.
- • Maintain and support current Dynamics 365 Finance implementation
- • Writes Epics, Features and User Stories to populate backlog.
- • Follow the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
- • Produce and maintain technical documentation as required.
- • Perform other duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- • A university degree plus 7 years’ experience or master’s degree plus five years’ experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- • Meets the minimum experience of the above-mentioned years of progressively professional experience in Software Development including 4+ years of functional consultant in Dynamics 365 Finance.
- • Agile project participation experience.
- • Have an in-depth knowledge in Dynamics 365 Finance and the following modules: General Ledger, Sales & Marketing, Procurement and Projects modules
- • Experience in designing, creating, and testing Dynamics 365 Finance solutions in large-scale environments.
- • Understand core Agile project management principles and able to work in an agile way.
- • Have experience with testing tools in general and RSAT tool in particular.
- • Skills in general collaboration systems
- • Must be technologically savvy, demonstrating the ability to easily adapt to new and unfamiliar technologies, software, and systems.
- • Good knowledge and sound understanding of IT fundamentals and cloud technologies.
- • Fluency in spoken and written English.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- • Experience with Jira.
- • Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications.
- • Relevant industry certifications, including ITIL.
- • Experience defining tests and test suites.

- • Remuneration for this consultancy will depend on the qualifications and relevant experience, with 1,800 USD monthly salary.
- • The incumbent can be in any of UNRWA fields of operations (Gaza, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, or West Bank).

2- Infrastructure Administrator - UNRWA
CONSULTANCY - TERMS OF REFERENCE
BACKGROUND
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Administrator
- o Ensure continuous operation of the Infrastructure in ICC Data Centers and partners organizations.
- o Managing and maintaining SAN Storage, Backup and Virtualization Infrastructures’ systems, standard configurations, and enhancements. Installation and upgrade as well as assisting with the resolution of incidents and problems, and fulfils users request as a part of ISO 20000 established processes.
- • Deployment Team Member
- o Final testing and deployment of Infrastructure and underlying services, and solutions as well as all related technical documentation.
- o Participate in vulnerability and remediation and technical review related to ICT security initiatives.
- • Operational Support:
- o Provide on-going support at the T2 to ICC Infrastructure environment and related services and will participate in the automation projects and tasks for ICC and Partners.
- o Manage the backup clients, schedules, and retentions; monitor and evaluate the performance of virtualization, storage, and backup services.
- o Coordinate the replacement of failed Backup, Storage & SAN components, and service restoration.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- • A university degree from an accredited educational institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAN storage (DELL EMC, Nrtapp, Cisco, Brocade etc), Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V, OVM/KVM), and backup solutions (EMC,Veeam, Veritas, etc.)
- • Good understanding and knowledge of storage technologies (Fabric switches, VSANs, WWPNs, NPIV, multi-pathing, Fiber channel, iSCSI, etc.)
- • Sound technical knowledge of storage replication technologies.
- • Hands-on experience administering fiber channel fabrics (Cisco MDS and Brocade)
- • Good knowledge of VMware 6.x infrastructure including ESXi, vCenter, and Horizon View.
- • Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V and SCVMM is a plus
- • Knowledge of Linux and MS Windows Operating Systems and Windows Clusters administration including multipath implementation and configuration.
- • Extensive knowledge in the installation and administration of Enterprise Backup systems (i.e., EMC Avamar, EMC Data Domain and EMC ECS)
- • Knowledge of Automated Tape Libraries and Tape/Disk Backup Management products.
- • Good understanding and knowledge of networking technologies (Ethernet, Routing, ARP, TCP/IP, LACP, etc.)
- • Experience in shell scripting and automation tools (Python, Perl, Bash, Ansible…)
