Operations Specialist - Faheemapp

Responsibilities


  1. Day-Day Students Operations - Monitoring performance of students on the platform and taking appropriate actions to ensure a reliable experience on the platform
  2. Stakeholder Management - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders like parents and teachers to provide an overview of student performance and identify opportunities for improved experience and growth
  3. Respond to customer inquiries relative to products, procedures and use cases
  4. Actively contribute to the data-driven environment with best practices, methodology and data visibility.
  5. Provide professional and candid responsive customer service by using excellent customer service skills
  6. Should be able to escalate all appropriate problems/customer grievances to the senior management


Qualifications

  1. Able to meet deadlines
  2. Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
  3. Confident, outgoing, and with a predisposition to teach others
  4. Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems and work collaboratively within a team environment
  5. Strong follow up and communication skills (oral & verbal)
  6. Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position
  7. Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office

Bonus Points

  • Nice to have but not required 
    • Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable
