Procurement & Logistics Officer

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain comprehensive procurement files, including solicitations, proposals, evaluations, award documents, official contracts and correspondence on all procurements,
  2. Supervise and verify the procurement of materials according to the needs of the project
  3. Process procurements according to respective rules and regulations
  4. Compile and review budgets, solicited quotations, negotiations, and analysis to recommend vendors for delivery of goods and materials to grantees
  5. Verify deliveries are complete and done in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of two (3) years of relevant work experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of procurement rules and regulations.
  4. Strong ability to use and develop management and tracking systems.
  5. Strong communication skills.
  6. Oral and written working proficiency in English; and Hebrew
  7. Ability to work under pressure in challenging working and living conditions.
