1- مطلوب  ضابط إقراض - الأونروا


 إعلان توظيف صادر عن الأونروا بقطاع غزة تعلن فيه عن وظيفة ضابط إقراض Loan Officer وذلك للعمل في دائرة الإقراض الصغير بمكتب غزة الإقليمي وفقاً لما يلي :

مهام الوظيفة 

  1.  يشجع ويبيع قروض التجزئة لأصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة والشركات الصغيرة من خلال زيارات إلى الأسواق المحلية والمناطق الصناعية المحددة لدعم تطوير الأعمال من خلال تمويل رأس المال العامل وفرص الاستثمار.
  2. الترويج للقروض الاستهلاكية والإسكانية للأسر ذات الدخل المنخفض وبيعها من خلال زيارات إلى أماكن عملهم وأسرهم لتوفير التمويل لأصول الأسرة وتحسين المنزل.
  3. يضمن فحص المقترضين المحتملين ، بما في ذلك زيارة الشركات و / أو الأسر ، واستكمال طلبات القروض ، وتحليل طلبات القروض والتوصية بالصرف ؛
  4.  من خلال قنوات التسويق والترويج الفردية ، يضمن تمويل القروض الجديدة والمتكررة لزيادة حجم المحفظة.
  5. متابعة مدفوعات أداء المحفظة لضمان معدل السداد المناسب.
  6.  بالتنسيق مع موظفي الإدارة العامة المعنيين ، متابعة مدفوعات المحفظة السيئة من العملاء المتأخرين في السداد لتقليل حجمها.
  7.  يؤدي واجبات أخرى قد يتم تعيينها.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة 

  1.  دبلوم / بكالوريوس  في تخصص المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو الاقتصاد أو التسويق أو أي تخصص  آخر ذي صلة.
  2.  خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في المبيعات أو التسويق أو الأعمال المصرفية.
  3. القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
  4. مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين والاتصال والتسويق الفعال.
  5.  التركيز على العملاء مع الحكم التجاري.
  6.  الإلمام باحتياجات السوق المحلية.
  7.  قدرات حل المشكلات.
  8.  القدرة على التعامل مع التغيير والضغط.
  9.  إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثا وكتابة.
  10.  حيازة رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
  11.  الاستعداد للعمل خارج ساعات العمل العادية.

2- مطلوب مدرب كهربائي سيارات


 إعلان توظيف صادر عن الأونروا بغزة تعلن فيه عن وظيفة مدرب كهربائي سيارات  Trades Instructor-Auto Electrician  للعمل بدائرة التربية والتعليم  ( مقر التدريب المهني ) بمقر الأونروا بغزة.

مهام الوظيفة 

  1.  ينظم ويطور موضوع التخصص.
  2.  ينسق تدريس المادة مع الموضوعات التي يدرسها مدرسون آخرون.
  3.  يضمن التنفيذ السليم لمنهج الموضوع وتقييم فعاليته تحت إشراف المشرفين المعنيين.
  4.  يحتفظ بسجلات ومراقبة الإمدادات المختلفة للقسم وللرعاية والاستخدام السليم للمرافق والمعدات.
  5.  يشارك في الأنشطة المنهجية المشتركة في المركز وفي الدورات الصيفية المختلفة عند الاقتضاء.
  6.  يشارك مع الموظفين الآخرين في الحفاظ على النظام والانضباط في المركز.
  7.  يؤدي واجبات أخرى قد يتم تعيينها.

الكفاءات والمؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة 

  •  تطبق القيم الأساسية للأمم المتحدة الخاصة بالاحتراف والنزاهة واحترام التنوع والكفاءات الأساسية للتواصل والعمل مع الناس والسعي لتحقيق النتائج افتراضيًا.
  • الانتهاء بنجاح من التعليم الثانوي الكامل.
  •  دورة فنية لما بعد الثانوي مدتها سنتان في كهربائي سيارات أو أي دورات أخرى تتعلق بالتجارة ليتم تدريسها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في خدمة مرضية كمدرب "ج" في التجارة إلى المدرسين ، بالإضافة إلى خبرة عمل لمدة عام في التجارة ، أو في وظيفة فنية ذات صلة.
  •  إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.

شروط الخدمة 

  •  الراتب الأساسي: الراتب الأساسي الشهري 1،164 دولار شهري .
  •  مدة العقد: ثلاث سنوات بما في ذلك 1 سنة فترة اختبار.
  •  الإجازة: 36 يومًا من الإجازة السنوية للموظفين الذين يحضرون إلى مراكز عمل الأونروا مع ستة أيام عمل في الأسبوع. 30 يومًا من الإجازة السنوية للموظفين الذين يحضرون إلى مراكز عمل الأونروا لمدة خمسة أيام عمل في الأسبوع.

Responsibilities

In accordance with Agency policy and procedures, the incumbent:

  1. Organizes and develops the subject of specialization;
  2. Ensures the proper implementation of the subject syllabus and the evaluation of its effectiveness under the direction of the supervisors concerned;
  3. Coordinates the teaching of the subject with subjects taught by other Instructors;
  4. Maintains records and controls different supplies of the section and ensures proper utilization of the facilities and equipment;
  5. Participates in co-curricular activities in the Centre and in different summer courses when required;
  6. Participates with other staff members in maintaining order and discipline in the Center;
  7. Performs such other duties as may be assigned.

Education

Technical Instructor "C" Grade 10
• A university degree in an approved course of study with major specialization in the field of subject taught.
The staff member is subject to termination from the Agency’s service after three years from E.O.D if s/he fails to produce an evidence of having completed a training course of one year duration, qualifying him/her for Technical Instructor “B”.

Technical Instructor "B" Grade 11
• A university degree in an approved course of study with major specialization in the field of subject taught plus successful completion of a special professional teacher in-service training course of at least one year duration OR
• Advanced university degree in a subject relevant to his/her field of specialization or in education or psychology OR
• A university degree requiring at least five years of study with major specialization in the field of subject taught.
The staff member is subject to termination from the Agency’s service after three years from E.O.D if s/he fails to produce an evidence of having completed a training course of one year duration, qualifying him/her for Technical Instructor “A”.

Technical Instructor "A" Grade 12
• A university degree of four or five years of study with major specialization in the field of subject taught plus successful completion of a special professional teacher in-service training course of at least one year duration OR
• Advanced university degree in a subject relevant to his/her field of specialization or in education or psychology.

Work Experience

Technical Instructor "C" Grade 10
• No experience.

Technical Instructor "B" Grade 11
• Two years of satisfactory teaching experience as Technical Instructor “C” for holders of university degrees of four years duration;
• No experience is required for Advanced degree holders;
• No experience is required for holders of university degrees of five years duration.

Technical Instructor "A" Grade 12
• Two years of satisfactory teaching experience as Technical Instructor "B" for holders of relevant first university degrees OR
• Two years of satisfactory teaching experience as Technical Instructor "B" or "C" for holders of relevant Advanced university degrees.

Languages

Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.

Special Notice

Conditions of service:
  • Basic Salary: Monthly basic salary (Grade10 $1,050.20, Grade11 $1,164.30, Grade12 $1,259.40); and monthly dependency allowance up to $123.25.
  • Contract Duration: Three years including 1 year probation period.
  • Leave: 36 days of annual leave for staff attending UNRWA duty stations with six-day working week. 30 days of annual leave for staff attending UNRWA duty stations with five-day working week.
  • Pension: Provident Fund contribution (15.2% of basic salary paid by the Agency)

  1. Installs air conditioners at the Agency premises and maintains and repairs installed air conditioner units as required.
  2. Prepare lists of requirements of supplies and spare parts; safeguards stocks of spare parts, tools and allocated requirements.
  3. Checks the safety of installed equipment against possible fires and damages, and ensures its proper use and operation.
  4. Checks and register all major equipments /tools and keep record of repairs and maintenance carried out.
  5. Performs such other duties as may be required.

Education

• Successful completion of full preparatory cycle.
• Successful completion of a course of two years duration in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

Work Experience

Four years' practical experience in the repair and installation of air conditioners.

Languages

Working knowledge of English.
