Administrative Assistant - ASAL Technologies

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate all related activities to company insurance profiles and liaise. with medical insurance provider to register new staff, leavers, claims and cancellation of policies.
  2. Organize and follow up on the logistics for all company delegation and visitors.
  3. Work collaboratively with all stakeholders and provide logistic support to different departments and company sites.
  4. Prepare travel arrangements for company staff and managers and overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets.
  5. Identifies and coordinate maintenance needs for all company sites (heating and air conditioning, security, Equipment’s etc.).
  6. Receive price offers, follow up on all ongoing contracts, track deadlines for them, and assist in issuing administrative, time and cost adjustments when needed.
  7. Creates progress reports and maintains various databases as required.
  8. Manage storage, and providing report on the quality, quantity of the received material.

Qualifications

  1.     Bachelor's degree in Business, public administration or any related field.
  2.     At least one year of experience in an administrative support position.
  3.     Excellent English Skills (Speaking & written).
  4.     Excellent Written and Verbal communication.
  5.     Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6.     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7.     Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
  8.     Time management and ability to work under.
