Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in software development and maintenance tasks on applications to which assigned.
- Assist in limited analysis tasks assigned by the supervisor for the design, implementation, customization, and maintenance of Agency software applications.
- Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements and preparing system and program specifications.
- Assist in preparing user manuals and other documentation for the systems and applications to which assigned.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications/special skills
Academic Qualifications:
- A diploma degree, or university degree from an accredited educational institution in information technology, information management, Information systems, computer science, computer engineering, Software engineering, or other related disciplines;
Experience:
- Experience in IT and Software Development, or related experience.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in web applications development using ASP.Net and MS SQL Server; of which 1 year in using WCF, Web API’s using .Net framework & VB.Net/C#.
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Experience in implementing multi-user systems.
- Experience or knowledge of HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, object-oriented analysis, and design.
- Experience in MS TFS or Azure DevOps
- Experience in rigorous testing and validation
Competency:
- Good communications skills.
- Training skills and ability to make clear presentations.
- Team spirit and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to coordinate the work with others.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Language:

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality React Native mobile applications as part of a small team
- Work closely with UI designers, project managers, and your fellow developers
- Be involved in all stages of an app's lifecycle
- Always keep up-to-date with concepts, terminologies, and global best practices for the coding of different mobile applications
- Adapt already existing mobile apps
- Work in synergy with others to constantly innovate app functionality and design, ensuring improvements in application performance
- Documenting project plan and technical specifications
- Ensure that every application undergoes testing for usability, robustness, and general reliability
- Contribute occasionally to the development of isolated features on products made on React for the web

- Proven work experience as a Mobile developer
- Deep knowledge of React Native: 2+ years of professional experience working with React Native or equivalent
- Senior skills as a software developer: 5+ years of professional experience or equivalent leading to seniority
- Experience with JavaScript, ES6, Typescript, React, Redux, Jest, Enzyme
- In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift
- Experience integrating third-party libraries and REST APIs
- Familiarity with OOP design principles and SOLID best practices

- The resource SHOULD have the following experience:
