Expected duration

Qualifications/special skills
- A university degree or master’s degree from an accredited educational institution in information technology, information management, Information systems, computer science, computer engineering, Software engineering, Business Administration, Management, or other related disciplines;
- A minimum of 4 years of experience for a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years for a master’s degree in IT Business Analyst or equivalent experience in IT Applications development.
- Formal training in business analysis, and/or software development.
- At least four years of relevant experience in implementation/support of SAP (or other enterprise systems) in areas of Public Sector Management, Finance, and reporting.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL Server, MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- • Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, Prince2 Agile, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) or three years’ experience in project managing the delivery of IT systems.
- • Report writing and knowledge of reporting tools (PowerBI, Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting Services, etc.).
- • Experience in wireframe design.
- • Knowledge or experience in Office 365 and/or SharePoint Online.

Qualifications/special skills
