1- Communication Officer

Required qualifications and experience:


  1. • You hold a Master’s degree communications, media, PR, international development.
  2. • At least 5 years of experience with communication work, preferably in development cooperation.
  3. • Experience in formulation, implementation, and monitoring of annual communication plan.
  4. • Experience in organizing and facilitating workshops, advocacy campaigns, and media events.

Required skills and knowledge:

  1. • Broad and in-depth insight in all aspects of international development is an asset;
  2. • You show you are an initiative builder allowing your colleagues to count on your commitment to the multidisciplinary team;
  3. • You build strong proposals and bring innovative solutions to issues you encounter;
  4. • You are able to work and evolve in a changing environment; 
  5. • You are familiar with results-based management;
  6. • You are familiar with theories of change;
  7. • You master knowledge management and knowledge building;
  8. • You have a strong affinity with and easily use various digital tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro), standard Office software and new technologies;
  9. • You have excellent video and photo editing skills and have experience with photography;
  10. • You have excellent website communication and social media skills;
  11. • You have excellent analytical and writing skills;
  12. • You are fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English. Considering the working language of Palestine and the international environment in which you work. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset.

2- Administrative Assistant

Required qualifications and experience:

  1. • You hold a bachelor’s degree.
  2. • At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration.
  3. • An experience in financial and administration work in the public sector is an important asset.

Required skills and knowledge:

  1. • Broad and in-depth understanding of the various aspects of international cooperation (context, challenges, strengths, partners, functioning, etc.) is an asset;
  2. • Fully ICT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
  3. • You show respect and are able to build relations on the basis of credibility and expertise;
  4. • You show engagement, sense of responsibility and integrity;
  5. • You focus on results-oriented management;
  6. • You are eager to take initiatives and you are proactive;
  7. • You are flexible and can work in a changing environment;
  8. • You are a team player; 
  9. • You have strong analytical and writing skills;
  10. • You are fluent in spoken and written Arabic. English proficiency is required, considering the international environment in which you work. Knowledge of Hebrew is an asset.

  2. • A contract of 58 months. You are based in Gaza. 
  3. • A salary package that comprises the monthly gross salary, in accordance with our salary scales (Class 3), and benefits. The exact salary will be defined according to the relevant recognised experience for the function.

3- Accountant

Required qualifications and experience:

  1. - You hold a Bachelor's in accounting and/or financial management
  2. - At least 5 years of professional experience in similar function

Required skills and knowledge:

  1. - You have good knowledge of ICT applications.
  2. - You have good knowledge of using financial software. Experience with the use of an ERP tool is an asset.
  3. - Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping (accrual accounting).
  4. - Experience in an international environment is an asset.
  5. - You master knowledge of Excel and Word.
  6. - You are fluent in spoken and written Arabic.

  • A contract for a term of 60 months starting 1 July 2022, based in Gaza
  • A salary package that comprises the monthly gross salary, in accordance with our salary scales (Class 4),and benefits such as 13-month bonus. The exact salary will be defined according to the relevant recognized experience for the function.
