1-Data & Learning Analyst
- Data & Learning analyst
- Location: Ramallah or Gaza Strip
- Position Status: Full-time, Regular employment
- Duration: One year with possibility of extension
- Department: Programs - Positive Youth Engagement Program/ USAID
- Closing Date: 17th- May - 2022 Midnight
The Data and Learning Analyst will base either in Gaza or Ramallah and will be required to travel to all of the program locations.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- University degree in business administration, computer science, statistics, information and communications technology, or similar
- At least three years of proven experience in data collection and analysis
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection
- Excellent Excel, Access, and Google Sheets skills or KOBO/ODK
- Experience with SQL, SPSS, PSPP, and database structure and CommCare is a plus
- Also knowledge of qualitative software is an advantage
- Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Office, Slack, Google products (Drive, Docs), and Salesforce. PYE does not use email internally. We use Slack.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the West Bank and Gaza
- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as required, especially evenings and weekends when program activities dictate.

2- CASH Program Officer
Job specification
- Bachelor’s degree required, M.A, M.S., M.Sc. or equivalent degree preferred, in international development, economic development, international relations, engineering or other relevant degree.
- 4+ years of field experience of international relief and development programs.
- 3+ years of direct field experience in CTP.
- Experience in Palestinian humanitarian sector. Excellent familiarity with, and understanding of, Gaza humanitarian context.
- Previous experience managing cash transfer programming and knowledge of e-transfer mechanisms.
- Previous experience building capacity of staff and local partners.
- Demonstrated success working effectively and respectfully with country government, private sector, INGO, NGO partners and other stakeholders in complex environment.
- Excellent writing skills and experience with proposal development processes with prior experience with USAID, ECHO, OCHA and other institutional donors.
- Successful and proven negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Excellent oral and written English skills required.
- Experience managing national staff.
