- Duration of Contract: 12 months with the possibility to extend based on fund availability and performance.

Required Skills and Experience:
Min. Education requirements:
- High School Diploma or University Degree (BA) in Social Sciences, Business Administration or a relevant field
Min. years of relevant work experience:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience with High School Diploma or 4 Years with BA Degree in project coordination, implementation, monitoring of community development projects
Desired skills in addition to the competencies covered in the Competencies section:
- Proven record of working in the field, on community engagement/mobilization and/or participatory local planning processes is an asset
- Knowledge of the West Bank and East Jerusalem context and communities across the West Bank is an asset
- Specialization in social sciences is an asset
Required Language(s):
- Fluency in both English and the Arabic language.
