Business Alliance HR is recruiting an Office Manager for a Trading Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.  

This is a senior position, and the ideal candidate must have solid administrative skills and proven working experience as a GM Office Manager. Jerusalem ID is a must.

Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing office operations.
  2. Managing the GM travels.
  3. Managing and facilitating the appointment, and meetings.
  4. Following up on the tasks with different departments and managers.
  5. Writing and compiling executive reports.
  6. Checking and compiling monthly and recurrent reports.
  7. Documenting and archiving files.
  8. Coordinating for the Executive Committees (Agenda, To-Do List, Follow-Up tasks, and minutes of meetings).
  9. Generating, receiving, and maintaining confidential and sensitive files, information, and reports, and ensuring the security of files.
  10. Perform basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices and financial data in close cooperation with related departments.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

  1. Proven office management, and administrative experience.
  2. Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  3. Ability to prepare/produce executive reports (Arabic & English)
  4. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proficient in MS Office, Internet, and Email.
  7. Jerusalem ID is a must.

Years of experience:

5+ Years of relevant experience.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or relevant field.
 

Location:

Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:

Fluent in Arabic & English. Hebrew is a plus.
