These are skills, knowledge and experience that are important for effective performance.

Professional competencies

Generic professional competencies:

  1. Experience from working in logistics preferable in a humanitarian/recovery context
  2. Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
  3. Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
  4. Fluency in English language, both written and verbal

Context/ Specific skills, knowledge and experience:

  1. Fluency in Arabic, both written and verbal
  2. Good knowledge of Hebrew language is preferable
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or any relevant field.
  4. Minimum of 2 years of experience at a similar level
  5. Ability to work under pressure
  6. Highest standards of ethics and integrity
  7. Valid driver’s license

Behavioural competencies
