Application Specialist - Masrouji Group "Ramallah" 

1. Develops detailed system design, system documentation, workflow procedures
2. Provides technical solutions for document management, forms, workflow and integration partnering with departments on appropriate technology
3. Troubleshoots and resolves system problems
4. Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
5. Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
6. Analyze business information to identify process improvements
7. Identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements
8. Creating detailed business workflow analysis, outlining problems and solutions

Requirements :

1. Bachelor in IT, MIS, Engineering Industries or any related field.
2. Knowledge in configuring and building applications with Forms, workflows.
3. Knowledge of SQL, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, .Net and other concepts
4. Skill in designing and building applications to meet BPM related IT and business requirements
5. Skills in designing and building new applications, fixes, bugs and improving application
6. Critical thinking and problem solving
7. Strong understanding of gathering evolving regulatory and reporting requirements
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Ability to work within a team environment or individually when required
10. Organized and detail-oriented
11. Understanding of process modeling
12. Queries databases using standard querying tools
13. Experience 0-1 Year
