ATM Switch Management Officer -  MEPS  "Ramallah"

Tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Administration on E-Payment projects systems (ATM, POS, E-Wallet, Mobile App, etc...)
  2. Contribute to develop, manage, test, and install the e-payment systems to ensure they are meet all technical and business requirements.
  3. Supervising the payment systems and their settings to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  4. Monitoring the payment systems process to minimize the operational risks.
  5. Manage the systems' daily and settlement processes and define the responsibilities matrix to ensure proper performance.
  6. Follow up and review the reports to approve, monitor and fix any issues.
  7. Preparing and updating work procedures for managing systems and implementing processes to ensure quality and compliance with requirements and standards.
  8. Cooperate with the operations, support departments, and implement daily operations and tasks.

Requirements:

  1. BS degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or other related fields
  2. Good knowledge in FinTech services
  3. Strong knowledge in Oracle and UNIX platforms
  4. Strong communication skills
  5. Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
  6. Ability to learn new technologies
  7. Ability to work under pressure and within a team
  8. Excellent in English and Arabic
  9. Experience of minimum 3 years, preferred in Banking sector
