ATM Switch Management Officer - MEPS "Ramallah"
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Administration on E-Payment projects systems (ATM, POS, E-Wallet, Mobile App, etc...)
- Contribute to develop, manage, test, and install the e-payment systems to ensure they are meet all technical and business requirements.
- Supervising the payment systems and their settings to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Monitoring the payment systems process to minimize the operational risks.
- Manage the systems' daily and settlement processes and define the responsibilities matrix to ensure proper performance.
- Follow up and review the reports to approve, monitor and fix any issues.
- Preparing and updating work procedures for managing systems and implementing processes to ensure quality and compliance with requirements and standards.
- Cooperate with the operations, support departments, and implement daily operations and tasks.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or other related fields
- Good knowledge in FinTech services
- Strong knowledge in Oracle and UNIX platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team
- Excellent in English and Arabic
- Experience of minimum 3 years, preferred in Banking sector
