Business Development Manager - Ooredoo Palestine "Ramallah"
Role Summary:
The Business Development manager is responsible to assist in finding potential for new business opportunities, by exploring new alliances / partnership, new ways of targeting markets, and new offers or services to better serve the needs of existing customers. Furthermore, to support in preparation of strategic plans modules and presentations, and to support commercial departments with pricing decisions and business cases development to ensure the best commercial outcomes are achieved
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Support in preparation of strategic plans modules and presentations, including the annual operational plan
- Support in Preparation of the revenue rolling forecast 3+12 FC, 6+12 FC, 9+12 FC, articulate drivers of forecast variance to budgets or plans, and utilize forecasting to determine how to allocate the budget or plan either for revenue or expenses for an upcoming period.
- Managing commercial roadmap, reports, and follow up commercial projects and tasks.
- Support in commercial reporting consolidation to OG and external reports (MTIT, ITU and External Auditor reports, etc.)
- Managing the production and development of the daily, weekly & monthly over all business performance reports in addition to commercial monthly KPI's.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure adherence to the commercial operating budget and scorecard targets.
- Keep control on commercial KPI’s through monthly gap analysis against budget with main KPIs report focusing on revenue performance vs targets and all needed analysis to make appropriate decision in proper time.
- Support all commercial departments with the conceptualization and definition of analysis that require internal data.
- Proactive follow up on commercial roadmap and assigned tasks, to ensure on target performance and raised any expected deviation.
- Review and validate business cases for commercial offers and promotions, provide inputs and recommendations to the review of existing products and services.
- Provide ad hoc presentations, analyses and reports according to the commercial management’s needs
Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of working experience in a telecom service provider or similar business environment
- Must have significant knowledge in business performance management
- Must have Business analytics knowledge and skills
- Skills in strategic planning and SMO
- Must have strong project management skills
- Ability to work with professional teams and identify cross functional needs.
