Channels Performance Specialist - Ooredoo Palestine "Ramallah"
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the analysis to determine trends and recommended actions to improve processes, systems, and performance elements that will support in achieving pre-assigned commercial objectives and targets.
- Responsible for the reporting and analysis of Commercial channels data in order to provide insights, reporting,aid planning and forecasting. The focus of the role will be insights and recommendations for improvement rather than simply analysis.
- Manage and coordinate Commercial channels and Field force Staff trackers reporting with analysis to enable the early identification of issues to allow timely corrective actions.
- Commercial Staff Performance analysis to identify variations and work with channels’ managers to drive more improvements.
- Work cross functionally with on-boarding and IT teams to identify improvements in data requirements
- Manage the development and implementation of systems for processes and procedures that will facilitate the achievement of system support and operational objectives.
- Provide support to Commercial staff in regard to needed data, analysis and case studies.
- Proactively involved in all major system initiatives and projects in Ooredoo that impact Commercial channels and ensure proper information and knowledge are transferred back.
- Enforce policies, guidelines, and performance schemes expectations.
- Excellent numerical and statistical abilities to assist in managing the production of regular reports and participate in analysis for management.
- Expected to create own references for approvals, circulations and documents and make sure of records and data availability.
- Ensuring periodic regular reports are in place for management, covering Channels activities and staff performance.
- BTL Activities Incentives Calculations.
- Channels & Staff Commission Calculations/Analysis with plans for enhancement and automation.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a related field
- Experience in business, sales channels related environments
- Financial and analysis background
- General Skills & Qualifications:
- Preferable to be advanced in using Excel, and SAP reporting system.
- Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
- Proficient in office automation software, Excellent Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suit.
- Experience in the designing, implementing, and managing performance reports
- Experience in the designing, implementing, and managing automated systems.
