Chief Executive Officer - PCRF "Ramallah"
The chief executive officer (CEO) primary responsibilities include the daily management of the overall operations and resources of the organization in line with the PCRF vision and mission. The CEO will lead the PCRF organization on the ground and will be responsible for the horizontal growth of PCRF in line with the organization’s mission. He will assume the duties and responsibilities of the office in accordance with the by-laws, adopted resolutions, direction of the Board of Directors and relevant statutory laws in the United States and applicable local laws in Palestine, Jordan and Lebanon and will manage operational staff in these locations.
Requirements:
- Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
- Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
- Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
- Preferred to have some understanding of the health care field in Palestine.
- Ensure Programs are implemented and managed effectively.
- Ensure financial accountability and transparency that demonstrates PCRF as leaders in the effective use of charitable donations.
- Extensive professional experience in leadership roles with a preference to prior experience in the charitable NGO sector particularly in the health care field.
- Education may vary; an advanced degree in business administration, management.
- Proficient in English and Arabic
- This is a Palestine based position and ideal candidate should be able to reside legally in the West Bank with the ability to travel regionally in the Middle East and preferably internationally as needed.
