Customer Support Representative - Quizplus"Ramallah"

You will be responsible for ensuring that our international English-speaking customers are satisfied and able to make the most of our platform. Responsibilities will include:
  1. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determine the cause of the problem and select the best solution.
  2. Work out strategies of engagement to increase renewals and reduce down-sales
  3. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction by gathering customer feedbacks
  4. Go the extra mile to engage customers
  5. Supervise usage rates and carry out engagement activities in order to increase or maintain the customer’s usage of product.
  6. Particapate in performing the most complex work of the team. 
  7. To be involved in developing and documenting daily tasks of the team members. 

Requirements:

  1. Fluent/native in English, an additional language is a plus
  2. Proven customer support experience
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field 
  4. Strong communications skills: handling and actively listening
  5. Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters (patient and empathetic)
  6. Ability to multi-task
  7. Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Working hours will be from 9:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M
