Marketing Specialist/Sr.Specialist - Ooredoo Palestine "Ramallah"
- Assisting in setting up processes and procedures for assigned segment
- Providing feed-back to support / develop existing and new consumer segment as well as Loyalty and retention activities.
- Creating promotions to increase usage towards consumer segment.
- Insuring achieving all targets and KPIs for assigned segment.
- Defining the best criteria to lower consumer segment churn and enhance loyalty.
- Following-up on consumer offers/promotions evaluation including analyzing existing offers/promotions data, as well as collecting data about the market and competition.
- Initiating and following-up communication on the consumer offers/promotions in their different phases.
- Providing training & support on new/existing consumer offers/promotions internally and externally.
- Support and validate work with business cases
- Monitoring and enticing the consumer market share.
- Working closely with other marketing functions including MARCOM, PR, and Products & Services to ensure appropriate implementation of any new/existing offer/campaign.
- Working extensively with other departments including Customer Care, Finance, Sales, & IT to ensure full understanding and implementation of any newly released/updated offer or/and campaign fall under assigned segment
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years work experience in a business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferable with marketing degree.
- Technical/ IT background is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skill.
- Strong and dynamic personality, with ability to think logically.
- Ability to work under pressure and working long hours.
- Excellent Command and use of PC applications and software including but not limited to MS office ( Word, PowerPoint, Access), and MS Project.
- Excellent use of Excel is a must
- Strong Qualitative and quantitative analysis knowledge.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (oral and written)
