Presales Cybersecurity - OFFTEC Palestine " Ramallah " 

1. Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of cyber security customer and market requirements, including regulations and standards.
2. Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities including existing customers and potential customers for the purpose of promoting and selling products/solutions.
3. Develop solutions and plan, organize, create, and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoC) in coordination with Presales Manager and BDM when required.
4. Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s and RFP’s in coordination with Presales Manager and BDM.
5. Work closely with Sales team to ensure successful closure of sales process.
6. Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirements - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them.
7. Demonstrate personal flexibility and focused delivery to ensure the delivery of quality solutions and increase customer satisfaction.
8. Keep abreast of market trends and products and competitors’ landscapes.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology preferably in Cyber Security or Networking.
2. At least 3+ years of direct experience as a presales or sales engineer or any similar role.
3. Certification in Fortinet or Forcepoint or Kaspersky is a plus.
4. Up to date with cyber security solution with fair knowledge in Cyber security platforms and products.
5. Ability to communicate value proposition of the products to sales team and diverse audiences.
6. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
7. Can work under high pressure and handle crisis situations professionally.
8. Strong work ethic, demonstrated attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills.
9. Fluent in English Language (written/oral).
10. Hold a Driving License and preferably have a car.
