Projects & Training Coordinator - Business Alliance "Ramallah"

Business Alliance is hiring! We’re looking for a Projects & Training Coordinator to join our team in Ramallah, Palestine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and track online and on-site training.
  2. Provide logistical support and coordination.
  3. Report and track projects performance for internal and external parties.
  4. Follow-up and communicate with a wide range of trainees.
  5. Contribute to designing and implementing the departments actions plan.
  6. Create and manage a whole project management system using G-drive applications.

Special Requirements & Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to write reports in English
  3. Ability to multitask and manage various project activities.
  4. Understanding of projects cycles and phases.

Years of Experience:

1 - 3 years in project coordination or any relevant field.

Location: 

Ramallah, Palestine

Languages:

Fluent in Arabic & English
