Business Development Associate - Quizplus " Ramallah "

Responsibilities:

  1. Ability to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  2. Conducting market research and identifying potential partners.
  3. Growing existing affiliate networks while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  4. Review and approve affiliate applications.
  5. Negotiating contracts with new affiliates or renewing existing agreements with existing partners.
  6. Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  7. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  8. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  9. Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.
  10. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, employees, and partners.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, or any related field.
  2. 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to multitask different projects and work under pressure.
  5. Strong organization and project management skills.
  6. Strong interest in technology and digital space.
  7. Attention to detail and being data-driven.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  9. Proficiency in English is required.
