IT Network & System Administrator - Sharikat Gargour Al-Tijariyy " Ramallah "

General

Candidate shouled be resident in Ramallah city. The position is based in the Ramallah office with, regular travelling to other company’s branches

Main responsibilities

1. Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware & systems software.
2. Deploy, maintain, and administer Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP.
3. Maintain LAN, WAN and WLAN networks.
4. Maintain and configure Firewalls and other network security solutions, knowledge in “Sophos” security solutions is preferred.
5. Maintain and configure IP Telephony systems (IP PBX).
6. Manage security for all systems, including firewalls, anti-virus protection, general network security
7. Design, install and configure backup solutions for Servers, NAS Storage, and client devices.
8. Follow-up, Document and log maintenance tasks and project outcomes, plans, design, and configurations

Qualifications 

1. BA degree in Information Technology Or any related field with 4 years of experience.
2. Good command in English language & Document service activities.
3. Familiar with cloud services, Office 365, Azure Security and Compliance.
4. Microsoft and Sophos certifications are preferred.
5. Great customer service skills.
6. Ability to keep updated on IT developments.
7. Ability to work under pressure.
8. Valid driving license.
