Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct all treasury activities. Provide support on all matters pertaining to cash management, corporate financing, foreign currency and interest rate exposure.
2. Manage and develop banking relationships. Process banking transactions, collections and disbursement.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships. Negotiate bank and service fees. Implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve cash cycle and simplify company operations.
2. Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash.
3. Management of interest, currency and commodity risks
4. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies
5. Supervises cashiers in all locations.
6. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the company’s bankers.
7. Responsible for bank charges reducing
8. Ensure that the foreign exchange and interest rate risk is managed efficiently
9. Process banking transactions, collections and disbursement of funds
10. Process LC’s / LG’s and other financial instruments.
11. Prepare cash forecasting, financial reports and bank reconciliations
12. Monitors metrics and benchmarks for the related functions and works to continuously improve cycle time and error rate.

Experience & Qualifications:

1. BA or equivalent in finance or accounting field]
2. Minimum of 7 years progressively finance experience including at least 3 years of senior level and supervisory experience.
3. CMA Certificate is preferable

Skills:

1. Excellent technical knowledge of all Trsuary functional areas.
2. General knowledge of government and regulatory reporting requirements.
3. Skilled in math applications.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
