Cosmetic Chemist - Native plus " Ramallah , East Jerusalem "
Location: Ramallah & East Jerusalem
Native plus seeks a fresh graduate Cosmetic Chemist, skilled in the formulation of skincare and dermatologic products.
Responsibilities:
- She/He will support and/or lead product formulation based on understanding consumer insights and needs, and prepare product files for licensing
- Design and analyze consumer research in order to understand the needs and monitor trends
- Support the production team, monitor the manufacturing process, and conduct the necessary lab tests
- Create and maintain all necessary documentation for product development and manufacturing
- Working with Quality Assurance in identifying solutions for manufacturing issues
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
- Higher degrees are a plus
- Work experience in R&D and product formulation in cosmetics or pharmaceutical companies is a plus
- Problem solver with the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast paced, dynamic organization
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude. She/He must be a team player with strong communication skills
