Key Account Manager - BCI  " Ramallah, Hebron "

BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of:

Key Account Manager  Ref. No (HRBNET-KAM-01)

Main responsibilities:

  1. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major corporate clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  2. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  3. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  4. Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  5. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  6. Achieve sales targets assigned by the company.
  7. Prepare regular reports of progress and market forecast

Requirements :

  1. Proven two years’ experience as key Account Manager
  2. Experience in ADSL, Microwave/ Fiber sales is a plus.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  4. Excellent organizational skills.
  5. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  6. BA in Business administration or a related field
  7. Valid Driving License.
  8. Resident of Ramallah and Hebron.
