Supply Chain Manager - Business Alliance " Ramallah "

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager for a Leading Trading Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.  

Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time

Reporting to General Manager

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise the functions of Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Fleet Management.
2. Create and maintain proper inventory turnover analysis for 1000+ SKUs, including minimum quantities accepted, sales plans, and order management with suppliers.
3. Manage and organize relations with various suppliers on production planning in alignment with the company’s sales plans and warehouse's accepted quantities for high-volume SKUs, planning will include weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis.
4. Manage logistics including transportation (inbound/outbound), shipping, and forwarding, in a cost-effective sense of management.
5. Manage and supervise a fleet of 120+ vehicles, including cost-effectiveness, maintenance and operational costs, and leasing.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

1. Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
2. Thorough understanding of FMCG products and logistics.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
4. Leadership and Management skills.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Creative problem-solving.
7. A strategic and analytical mind.

Years of experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field. 

A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is preferable.

 

Location:

Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:

Fluent in Arabic & English.
