Arcomed Company is a private shareholding company established in 2007 and it is one of the leading companies in supplying medical & lab equipment’s in Palestine, we offer our services in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem.

We are seeking highly motivated & team player candidate to join our team as: 

Tendering Biomedical Engineer 

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise lab tendering unit, follow up on daily tasks and updating data base.
2. Deal with tenders for all medical and laboratories devices. 
3. Manage the analysis, preparation and follow up of lab and medical equipment tenders & offers, complying to the technical and commercial requirements.
4. Communicate with suppliers when needed for tender requirements.
5. Supervise & execute all works following to Arcomed standard operational procedures.
6. Follow up all purchase orders and delivery of products with the procurement and logistics units.
7. Analyzing tenders’ status, results & preparing related reports presented for upper management. 
8. Ability to review, amend and execute trading and selling tenders complying with tenders’ conditions and company requirements.
9. Build market data base of similar competitive brands and their prices, in cooperation with the commercial department. 

Requirements/Qualifications

1. BSc. in Biomedical Engineering with at least three year of experience in lab equipment selection & tendering.
2. Supervision efficient skills, with no less than 5 years in similar experience. 
3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel & Word.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Fluent in Arabic and English.
6. Time management and Project prioritization.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Ability to commit to required and assigned deadlines.
9. Leadership and team player.
10. Problem solving.
11. Working under pressure.
12. Knowledge in Bisan System is a plus. 
13. Owns a valid driving license.
