Business Analyst (BA) - A leading software company  " Ramallah  " 

A leading software company in Ramallah is looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and ambitious detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the team. A business Analyst is able to conduct in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information to outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets that business requirement.

The main responsibilities are:

1. Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements.
2. Analyzing commercial data such as budgets, sales results, and forecasts
3. Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
4. Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
5. Creating functional specifications for solutions.
6. Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
7. Simplifying information so it is easily understood by the whole team.
8. Implementing and testing solutions.
9. Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.

Requirements :

1. 2+ years of related experience in business analysis especially in software development
2. The ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions
3. The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges
4. the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received is essential
5. the ability to create documents such as use cases and business requirement documents
6. Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes, which is a business analyst's primary role.
7.  Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) is a plus
8.  Excellent written and spoken English.
