Office Manager / Operations Assistant - zital group " Ramallah "
Zital Group for cosmetics in Birzeit is looking to recruit a highly motivated and professional person to join the team for the position of Junior Operations Assistant with the below details:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the calendar and schedule of General Manager.
- Instant translation from English /Arabic and Vice versa during meetings with international vendors along with documents, emails, and all types of contracts.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings for General Manager and Senior staff.
- Prepare correspondence, letters, and other similar documents.
- Respond to the correspondence of routine nature with international and local vendors.
- Generate, receive, and maintain confidential and sensitive files and reports, and manage the office archive.
- Support the executive management in official travels including preparing travel application, air ticket, hotel reservations and preparing travel expense documents.
- Manage the office and provide all needed internal and external coordination and administrative support.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and required by General Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or any related field.
- 3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Fluent in English writing and speaking.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
- Good collaboration skills with employees, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
