Recruitment Sr. Specialist - Ooredoo Palestine " Ramallah "
Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line. These highly skilled and often equally highly educated HR professionals possess knowledge of employment and labor law, have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Receiving and Following up personnel requisitions as well as change statues requisitions from all departments, assuring timely manner approvals, and safe-keeping these requisitions.
- Assuring Job descriptions availability and revision for each position.
- Posting vacancies as per internal instructions, reviewing and filtering profiles and CVs according to the job requirements, and preparing lists of qualified candidates.
- Providing profiles and lists of candidates to hiring managers, and following up with them regarding shortlists.
- Coordinating for timely manner and fully organized interviews, starting by setting appointments for candidates, booking meeting rooms, informing the related parties, including hiring managers, the reception, and the security desk.
- Coordinating with the related departments regarding new hires’ requirements, their names and positions, work start dates and any related details.
- Contacting new hires to assure receiving all their required documents, and arranging for successful on boarding.
- Sending all required documents to related parties, and sending new hires welcome notes.
- Managing communication with profile owners, by continuously updating jobs status until finally closing the job and sending regret emails, and all other types of communication.
- Participating in other activities within the recruitment function; careers days, activities within universities and other institutions, and other events.
- Providing and maintaining updated various reports and analysis on Recruitment activities, thorough the system and other sources.
- Conduct Exit Interviews.
- Any other related task designated by direct supervisor.
Work Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant field.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sociology, or any related field.
- Proficiency with MS Office suit (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Knowledge in extracting data and preparing different types of reports.
- Good project management and presentation skills
