IT Company in Saudi Arabia in Cooperation with Work Without Borders -Palestine-Gaza , announce its need for a (HR Admin) , according to the conditions described below For those who have the ability to filling out a form the following :
Requirements:
- +3 years proven experience in implementing human resources programs.
- Conscientious, detail-oriented worker who is self-motivated;
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the company;
- Experience in the IT industry a plus
- Basic English language skills in reading, writing, and speaking; B Level is a plus
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems;
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.
- Benefits administration, conducts new hire and exit interviews, ensuring employees understand their benefit coverages. Responsible for employee verification, unemployment and disability claims.
- Ensures compliance with corporate policy, fair employment practices and government regulations;
- Manages employee documentation such as Employee Handbook and disciplinary communications;
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
- Assists in identifying staff vacancies and recruits, interviews and select applicants.
Notes:
- Monthly Salary is attractive on merit.
- Employment Type: First 3 months of the year contract are trial.
- Full Time.
