أولا: مطلوب محاسب
Are you a skilled accountant with at least 3 years of experience in financial management? Al-Ard for Agricultural Development is hiring for the Financial Department. Join us to contribute to impactful projects and work with a dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Complying with all organization and local accounting and financial regulations.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, expenditure reports, project financial reports, etc.
- Presenting data to the Financial Manager.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Ethical behavior.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial software.

ثانيا: مطلوب مهندس مدني - اخصائي شبكات مياه
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and expertise in water network projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field.

ثالثا: مطلوب مسؤول مشتريات
Responsibilities:
- Review procurement plans and assess procurement requirements.
- Assist to prepare procurement / tender documents.
- Assist in the receipt and submission of quotations/ tenders.
- Prepare and fill procurement forms as per Al-Ard and Donor requirements.
- Assist in contracting.
- Check quality of deliverables and ensure that procured items are delivered properly as per specification as well as contract terms and deal with performance evaluation of vendors.
- Assist to ensure timely procurement of goods/logistical requirement and services through monitoring the procurement progress and follow up with vendors.
- Keeping records of procurement processes.
- Assist in building relationships with external vendors for procurement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting or Business Management).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, preferably with multiple donors.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
- Computer and internet expertise is mandatory.
- Ability for establishing and maintaining good working relationships to facilitate work goals.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Al-Ard for Agricultural Development.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

رابعا: مطلوب منسق مشروع
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the implementation of agricultural development projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to project objectives, and compliance with donor requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, partners, and stakeholders on agricultural best practices, land rights, and sustainable development.
- Develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying challenges or potential delays.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of project activities.
- Prepare regular project progress reports, including financial reports, and submit them to donors and management in a timely manner.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes and impacts, using data and feedback to continuously improve project implementation.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Support resource mobilization efforts by contributing to the development of new project proposals and funding applications.
- Represent Al-Ard at relevant meetings, workshops, and conferences, sharing project results and experiences with external audiences.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Environmental Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, coordination, or implementation in the agricultural or civil society sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural best practices, land rights, and sustainable development.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation methodologies, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Al-Ard for Agricultural Development.
- Very good in Arabic and English is required.
