أولا: مطلوب محاسب

Are you a skilled accountant with at least 3 years of experience in financial management? Al-Ard for Agricultural Development is hiring for the Financial Department. Join us to contribute to impactful projects and work with a dedicated team. 

Responsibilities:


  1. Complying with all organization and local accounting and financial regulations.
  2. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
  3. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, expenditure reports, project financial reports, etc.
  4. Presenting data to the Financial Manager.
  5. Maintaining accurate financial records.
  6. Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
  7. Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
  8. Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  2. Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
  3. Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
  4. Ethical behavior.
  5. Attention to detail.
  6. Proficient in financial software.

ثانيا: مطلوب مهندس مدني - اخصائي شبكات مياه

Qualifications:

  1.  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and expertise in water network projects.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in the field.

 ثالثا: مطلوب مسؤول مشتريات

Responsibilities:

  1. Review procurement plans and assess procurement requirements.
  2. Assist to prepare procurement / tender documents.
  3. Assist in the receipt and submission of quotations/ tenders.
  4. Prepare and fill procurement forms as per Al-Ard and Donor requirements.
  5. Assist in contracting.
  6. Check quality of deliverables and ensure that procured items are delivered properly as per specification as well as contract terms and deal with performance evaluation of vendors.
  7. Assist to ensure timely procurement of goods/logistical requirement and services through monitoring the procurement progress and follow up with vendors.
  8. Keeping records of procurement processes.
  9. Assist in building relationships with external vendors for procurement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting or Business Management).
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, preferably with multiple donors.
  3. Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
  4. Computer and internet expertise is mandatory.
  5. Ability for establishing and maintaining good working relationships to facilitate work goals.
  6. Ability to work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Commitment to the mission and values of Al-Ard for Agricultural Development.
  8. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

رابعا: مطلوب منسق مشروع


Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and supervise the implementation of agricultural development projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to project objectives, and compliance with donor requirements.
  2. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, partners, and stakeholders on agricultural best practices, land rights, and sustainable development.
  3. Develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying challenges or potential delays.
  4. Liaise with project stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of project activities.
  5. Prepare regular project progress reports, including financial reports, and submit them to donors and management in a timely manner.
  6. Monitor and evaluate project outcomes and impacts, using data and feedback to continuously improve project implementation.
  7. Ensure proper documentation of project activities, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  8. Support resource mobilization efforts by contributing to the development of new project proposals and funding applications.
  9. Represent Al-Ard at relevant meetings, workshops, and conferences, sharing project results and experiences with external audiences.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Environmental Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, coordination, or implementation in the agricultural or civil society sector.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural best practices, land rights, and sustainable development.
  4. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation methodologies, data analysis, and reporting.
  7. Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  8. Commitment to the mission and values of Al-Ard for Agricultural Development.
  9. Very good in Arabic and English is required.
