نبحث عن مفتش جودة ملتزم للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مجال إدارة المطاعم. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير الصحة والسلامة في مطابخنا. إذا كنتم تمتلكون الخبرة اللازمة والرغبة في العمل في بيئة مطعم مميزة، ندعوكم للتقديم

المهام الرئيسية:

  1. التحقق من أن معايير الصحة والسلامة تُتبع بدقة في مطابخ المطعم
  2. تقديم التوجيه والتدريب لفريق المطبخ لضمان التنفيذ السليم لجميع الإجراءات والمعايير
  3. إجراء فحوصات دورية للتأكد من جودة المواد الغذائية والمكونات المستخدمة
  4. التحقق من الامتثال للتعليمات الصحية الصادرة عن السلطات المحلية والدولية
  5. توثيق وتقديم تقارير دورية حول نتائج التفتيش والتحسينات المقترحة

المتطلبات

  1. خبرة سابقة في مجال إدارة الصحة والسلامة في المطاعم أو المجال الغذائي
  2. معرفة قوانين الصحة والسلامة الغذائية المحلية والدولية
  3. مهارات توجيهية وتدريبية جيدة
  4. القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتفاعل بشكل فعال مع الموظفين
  5. الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والصحة والسلامة

2- Head of Accounting -  Almathaf hotel


Company Overview: Almathaf hotel and restaurants is based in Gaza, Palestine, with a strong presence in the restaurant industry. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Accounting to join our team. This is a leadership role that will involve supervising accounting operations across multiple restaurant outlets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data for our restaurant operations.
  2.   Lead a team of accountants and finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
  3.  Implement and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls for our restaurants.
  4.  Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets specific to the restaurant business, and present them to senior management.
  5.  Monitor cash flow and manage financial resources efficiently within the restaurant division.
  6.   Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the restaurant sector.
  7.   Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of financial operations within our restaurants.
  8.   Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards related to the restaurant business.

:Qualifications

  1.  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
  2.  Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership in accounting and finance, specifically in the restaurant industry
  3.   Strong knowledge of restaurant accounting principles and practices
  4.  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5.    Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  6.  Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  7.   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
