Job Summary:
The Watsan Team Leader will coordinate a team of water and sanitation officers in order to set up the water and sanitation activities, ensuring that Solidarités International technical recommendations and procedures are followed. She/He supports the WASH Program Manager/coordinator in overall management of the activities in all of its locations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or equivalent, in water and sanitation (hydraulic engineering, water treatment engineering, sanitary engineers, environmental engineers, biologist, public health…) or any relevant field
- 2 years' experience in this technical field, preferably in the humanitarian or development sector. Experience in desalinization unit is an asset.
- English professional working, fluent in Arabic
- Excellent familiarity with, and understanding of, the issues of water systems
- Experience in technical design, BoQ
- Experience in project development
- Experience in team management
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office365 and technical software
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fair reporting and writing skills
- Teamwork spirit and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong organization
- Manual skills as water technician is a plus

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Team Leader/coordinator, the MEAL and CRM Officer is in charge of the monitoring of the activities’ implementation by Solidarités International and its Implementing partners. He/she collects data and provides evidences of the program’s progress and achievements. Under the responsibility of the field coordinator, he/she will ensure coherent and timely response to feedbacks and complaints from project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of MEAL methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis techniques is highly

In particular, he/she lends support to carrying out urgent activities and the filing and archiving logistical documents. He/she temporarily takes on the basic tasks of the team under his/her supervision in their absence.
